I have built over a hundred of these Leon cycles. They do not do well when exposed to water or cold temperatures. The controllers seem to retain a high charge if left exposed to cold temperatures. I might contribute this to the diodes rendered unable to function. The best selling point of these cycles are that they have German engineering, but made in China.
